Mitutoyo adaptor for statistical process control

qCalc is a simple entry level SPC program. It was originally written as a companion to our GaugeLink adaptor. If you are new to Statistical Process Control, downloading qCalc is worth it just for the tutorial, which introduces SPC in a gentle and intuitive manner.

GaugeLink adapts any Mitutoyo Digimatic^TM measuring gauge for connection into a PC. This is ideal for reducing the manual labour and skill levels required for taking frequent measurements such as in Statistical Process Control.

The GaugeLink gauge adaptor now uses a different program, GLWedge. If you came to this page from a bookmark or referral, you can download qCalc and use it free of charge.
